This policy explains how digital-signage.co separates sourced facts, editorial interpretation and illustrative planning outputs across articles, datasets, comparisons and tools.

1. Purpose and scope
digital-signage.co is a knowledge and planning platform for teams researching digital signage, kiosks, connected displays, electronic shelf labels and related operations. We aim to make requirements, evidence and limitations easier to evaluate before a supplier or product is selected.
Our material is general information, not legal, regulatory, accessibility, security, financial or compliance advice. Requirements may change by jurisdiction, use case, contract and system design. Readers should confirm decisions with appropriately qualified advisers and responsible authorities where necessary.
2. Source selection and citation
We prefer legislation, regulators, statistical authorities, standards bodies and other official or primary sources for factual and regulatory claims. Product-specific statements should be attributed to the relevant documentation and treated as supplier evidence rather than independent proof.
Where a statistic is used, we aim to preserve its geography, reference period, measured population or denominator, source URL and a plain-language limitation. A planning implication is identified as interpretation and is not presented as evidence of guaranteed return, adoption or project performance.
Sources are linked close to the relevant claim or collected in a clearly labelled source section. A source being linked does not mean that it endorses digital-signage.co or any planning conclusion on the page.
3. Organizational editorial review
Pages are published by digital-signage.co as an organization. Unless a real named contributor or reviewer is shown, no individual authorship, professional qualification or specialist approval should be inferred.
Our organizational review checks whether material claims are supported, dates and geographic scope are visible, calculations explain their assumptions, and recommendations are separated from sourced facts. Links, headings, structured data and visible content are also checked for consistency. Review does not replace specialist assessment of a reader's specific situation.
4. Updates and corrections
We review a page when a material source changes, a factual error is reported, a rule enters a new phase, or the guidance no longer reflects the stated scope. The visible review date and structured-data modification date are updated when the substance of a page changes. Historical periods may remain when they are still the newest suitable official measure.
Material errors are corrected as soon as they can be verified. Where context requires it, we add or strengthen a limitation rather than removing a figure that remains accurately sourced. Minor spelling, formatting and broken-link repairs may be made without a separate correction note.
5. AI-assisted editorial work
AI-assisted tools may support research organization, outlining, drafting, summarization, formatting or quality checks. They are not treated as a source. Factual claims, quotations, dates and statistics must be checked against the cited material before publication, and digital-signage.co retains organizational responsibility for what appears on the site.
We do not knowingly publish an invented quotation, statistic, source or personal credential. If AI-assisted work introduces an error, it is handled under the same correction process as any other editorial error.
6. Commercial relationships and independence
The platform may introduce an implementation or technology partner when a reader requests project support. A partner relationship does not turn a supplier statement into independent evidence. Product claims should remain attributed, and the role of a specialist partner should be made clear when a research journey moves toward delivery.
7. Requesting a correction
To report an error, outdated source, unclear limitation or attribution concern, email hello@corevo.com with the page URL, the passage in question and the source or evidence that supports the proposed correction. Privacy-related requests are handled under our Privacy Notice.
