How enquiry and guide-request information is handled.
This notice explains the information collected when you use a planning form, request the Buyer's Guide, contact us directly or choose the optional WhatsApp route.
Notice version: 2.7 · Effective: 10 August 2026
1. Who is responsible for your data?
digital-signage.co is operated by the organization trading under the Unisoft Digital Signage Group brand from Eyüp Sultan, Camili Sk. No:2/1, 34885 Sancaktepe/Istanbul, Türkiye. For website privacy questions, enquiry-data requests or the exercise of privacy rights, email hello@corevo.com. The exact registered legal entity, registration details and controller role must be inserted and approved before live UK or EU lead processing begins. Where a specific group company or specialist partner becomes involved, we will explain its role and provide additional information where required.
2. Information collected through the platform
Depending on the form, we may receive your name, business email, company, country or region, primary interest, research topics, requested template, site type, location or device estimates, decision stage, preferred meeting time, project context, calculator scenario, source page and campaign parameters. Basic technical information may be used to secure forms and prevent abuse. Short-window throttling uses one-way hashes derived from the submitting IP address and validated email rather than storing those values in the rate-limit files. Rate-limit timestamps older than 24 hours are ignored and pruned on a later submission; the hosting environment may retain the hashed temporary file until its normal temporary-file cleanup.
Buyer's Guide and planning templates
The resource forms record the business email, company, selected topic or template and consent choices you submit. This information is used to issue a time-limited signed download, attempt an operational delivery copy and maintain the request reference. The current browser tab may keep the random reference, request type, delivery status and signed path in session storage until the tab session ends; the site uses it for up to 30 minutes and then ignores or removes it on a later thank-you-page load. It does not store the submitted contact details there. A resource request does not by itself create marketing permission.
Research updates
The research-updates form records a business email, optional company and topic choices, and an explicit request for occasional research messages. Until an approved email service and confirmation process is connected, the acknowledgement confirms only that the request was received; it does not claim that a subscription is active.
Site survey, consultation and ROI review
These forms send the information you enter to the website team so the requested first-pass brief, session or assumption review can be assessed. The website may use configured email and customer-relationship-management delivery channels. Calculator inputs stay in the page unless you actively submit the separate review form.
Project brief and WhatsApp
The project brief places the details you enter into a prefilled WhatsApp message. The website does not send that message automatically: you can review, edit or cancel it before sending. If you send it, WhatsApp processes the communication under its own terms and privacy practices.
3. Why information is used
- To provide a requested guide or template and send its operational delivery message.
- To respond to an enquiry and assess requirements for a brief, consultation or technical follow-up.
- To record an explicit request for occasional research updates.
- To protect the website, limit spam and maintain essential operational records.
- To measure content and form use only where optional analytics has been enabled and accepted.
- To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
4. Marketing choice
Submitting a guide, template, survey, consultation or ROI form does not automatically subscribe you to general marketing. The separate research-updates form requires an explicit choice for those messages; other forms offer the same choice separately and optionally. You can withdraw the choice at any time by contacting us or using an unsubscribe method provided in a message. Operational delivery and request-confirmation messages may still be sent when needed to complete the action you requested.
5. Legal grounds
Depending on the request and applicable law, processing may be necessary to take steps at your request before a contract, based on legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and operating a secure service, required by law, or based on consent where a separate choice is specifically requested.
6. Sharing and specialist partners
Access is limited to authorized personnel and approved service providers supporting hosting, email, security, customer-relationship management and business communications. Website form notifications are delivered to hello@corevo.com, where authorized Corevo personnel may review and respond to the request on behalf of the website team. When configured, the same request may also be sent to an approved CRM webhook in parallel; a request is accepted only when at least one configured delivery channel succeeds. Corevo's exact controller, processor or joint-controller role, and any related international-transfer arrangements, must be confirmed and documented before live UK or EU lead processing begins. If other implementation or product expertise is relevant, the specialist partner will be identified clearly. The platform's product-neutral position describes its editorial method, not the absence of commercial relationships. We will not sell personal information, and we will ask before using a resource request as permission to pass personal information to an unrelated partner.
7. International processing
Because the platform and project enquiries may involve the UK, EU and Türkiye, information may be processed outside your country. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, appropriate contractual or legal measures should be used. Contact us for information relevant to your request.
8. Retention
Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to manage the request, maintain necessary business records, suppress unwanted marketing and meet legal obligations. Records no longer required are deleted or anonymized.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent, and may complain to a competent data-protection authority. Email hello@corevo.com. Identity verification may be required before a request is completed.
10. Automated decisions and planning outputs
The ROI calculator provides an illustrative planning scenario from the assumptions entered. It does not make an automated eligibility decision and does not guarantee savings, revenue, payback or project performance. Form requests also receive a transparent, deterministic triage score based on request type and limited project signals such as scale, stage or timeframe. This score helps order internal follow-up only; it is not a qualification decision and must not be used as the sole basis for accepting, rejecting or pricing an enquiry.
11. Optional analytics preferences
The public site configuration keeps analytics disabled by default. If an approved Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager identifier is later enabled, analytics storage remains denied until you choose “Accept analytics”. The preference is stored in your browser as ds_analytics_consent; choosing “Decline analytics” has equivalent prominence and public content remains available. See the Cookie Notice for details.
12. Security and updates
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect submitted information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. This notice may be updated when forms, providers or legal requirements change; the date above shows the latest revision.
